Problem Note 62834: A SAS® Web Server connection fails with "ERROR: Unable to read data from Web server. Retry is not available" and other errors

When client authentication through SSL is enabled on the SAS Web Server, the web-server connection might fail with errors in the SAS log that are similar to the following:
ERROR: OpenSSL error 336126104 (0x1408e098) occurred in SSL_connect/accept at line 6280, the error message is "error:1408E098:SSL routines:ssl3_get_message:excessive message size".
ERROR: Secure communications error status 807ff008 description "OpenSSL error 336126104 (0x1408e098) occurred in SSL_connect/accept at line 6280, the error message is "error:1408E098:SSL routines:ssl3_get_message:excessive message size"."
ERROR: Unable to read data from Web server. Retry is not available.
These types of errors occur because non-data packets, such as network alerts, arrive to be processed by the SSL provider after communication is established.
